Kowdiar Palace was the home of late Maharaja Sree Chitra Thirunal Balarama Varma and his family. Now, the descendants of the royal king reside here.
Public are not permitted to enter the palace, but can view this grand old building from the gate.

Kanthalloor Sri Mahadevar Temple

Kanthalloor Sri Mahadevar Temple is a major temple dedicated to the Hindu trinity. The temple is spread over one and a half acres of land and dotted with three large shrines and eight sub-shrines. The idols of Brahma and Vishnu were installed in the vicinity, giving the temple the distinction of being one of the few temples of the Hindu trinity in Kerala. Kamaleswaram
