Thottumukku is a growing residential area and
locality situated between Iruthalamoola and Perayathupara on the
Nedumangad-Vithura road in the Thiruvananthapuram district of Kerala. Located roughly 2.9 km southwest of Vithura Kalungu Junction
and about 4.5 km from the Vithura KSRTC Bus Stand, it serves as a crucial
connective transit point linked by local roads heading toward Anapetti and
Memala.
